They discovered that they live close to each other in Land O’Lakes, Florida, and have since become good friends.

Lauren shares her passion for science and fitness, which led to the creation of her ExerScience Center. Dr. Lauren’s Physical Therapy Journey

Dr. Lauren discusses her physical therapy clinic, where she treats patients of all ages and conditions, including those with multiple sclerosis, paralysis, and stroke. She emphasizes the importance of stability and mobility tools in her treatment approach. Dr. Lauren also shares her personal journey, including being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease at 13 and being hospitalized for almost nine months while pregnant. Despite being told she might not survive, she chose to carry her pregnancy to full term and eventually became a physical therapist.
