Refund Policy Guidelines

  • For refunds, please contact our customer support team at sales@codehealthshop.com.
  • Once returned, item is received, and item has been inspected, email notification will be sent. Shortly after, email notification will specify the approval or rejection of refund.
  • If refund is approved, refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, generally within ten (10) business days.

Exchange Policy

  • Company must be notified within three (3) business days of purchase.
  • Pictures of damaged products must be sent to sales@codehealthshop.com.
  • Exchange will not be approved if CODE Product is damaged, broken or incomplete.
  • Upon approval, a replacement product will be shipped out within five (5) business days.
  • All product replacement claims will be compared to our shipping records for approval.
