The BioWell device uses GDV or gas discharge visualization, also known as the Kirlian effect, to measure and analyze electro-photonic emissions of the human fingers. When a scan is conducted, a weak electrical current is applied to the fingertips for less than a millisecond. The object’s response to this stimulus is the formation of an “electron cloud” composed of light energy photons. The “glow” of this discharge, which is invisible to the human eye, is captured by the camera and translated into graphical representations to show energy, stress, vitality and chakra evaluations. The images are mapped to different organs and body systems based on the concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) which is based on a meridian system by which energy flows. It is truly wonderful to have a quantitative way to measure energy.

CODE Health Research on CALM (Healthy Mind Formula) Using the Bio-Well GDV Device

Method: 26 Participants were given a consultation questionnaire before taking a stress scan using the Bio-Well GDV device. After the scan, 1 drop of CALM (Healthy Mind Formula) was administered under the participant’s tongue. A timer was set for 15 minutes. A second stress scan was taken, and in some cases, the timer was set for another 15 minutes, followed by a third stress scan at the 30 minute mark.

• Out of 26 Participants, 21 had higher than optimal stress energy.
• Results varied based on the individual.
• Objective findings showed 86% had a decrease in stress energy by the 30-minute mark.
