CODE Health is the first company to infuse subtle energy patterns (using frequencies), derived from specific molecular formulas into normal saline solution. These molecular formulas are backed by 40 years of research. The information in each formula is digitized into a code and programmed into saline solution, which acts as a carrier, delivering the healthy “code” to your unhealthy cells. CODE products are safe for people and animals of all ages and the dose is the same (one drop) for everyone, regardless of size or weight. CODE is convenient, and is safe at all temperatures, except boiling. CODE is an alternative to prescriptions and over the counter medications. There are currently 10 products in The Full Collection, which we call: The CODE Kit. In the next 12-18 months, we will be introducing several more formulas that are in our portfolio.

As a Board-Certified Doctor of Natural Medicine (DNM), Dr. Piper is devoted to empowering individuals on their journey to optimal health and vitality.
Dr. Piper holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s degree in health psychology, with a focus on mindful stress reduction strategies. She holds a Doctorate in Natural Medicine and specializes in mind body spirit medicine and consciousness. Her credentials include certifications in life coaching, hypnosis, quantum health coaching, multiple energy medicine practices, and kundalini yoga instruction.
As a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success and a Board-Certified Doctor of Natural Medicine and Humanitarian Services, Dr. Piper is a thought leader in the health and wellness industry, constantly advancing the conversation around holistic healing.

Wendy Cohn-Osborne

Wendy Cohn-Osborne is a dynamic entrepreneur and managing partner with over 30 years of expertise spanning the legal, marketing, and healthcare industries. A graduate of the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, Wendy began her career practicing Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability Law before transitioning into the medical field. In 2006, she co-founded a groundbreaking Medical Funding Company, which paved the way for her leadership role as Managing Partner at PurMed Global in 2019. At PurMed Global, Wendy focused on collaborating with medical providers to deliver alternatives to prescription medications, demonstrating her commitment to advancing holistic and patient-centric healthcare solutions.
As the co-founder of CODE Health, Wendy is at the forefront of innovation in Bioenergetic Therapeutics. Dr. John McMichael, Ph.D.
Chief Scientist
Dr. John McMichael is an internationally recognized scientist, inventor, and biotechnology innovator with more than 200 domestic and international patents spanning immunology, virology, biotechnology, and therapeutic discovery. He serves as Chief Scientist for CODE Health and is the Founder and President of the Institute for Therapeutic Discovery, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the understanding of how biochemistry and biophysics interact in the development and management of health and disease.
Dr. McMichael earned his B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Maine and his Ph.D. in Immunology and Virology from Oregon State University, followed by post-doctoral research at The Wistar Institute in Philadelphia, one of the world’s leading biomedical research institutions.
Throughout his career, Dr. McMichael has pioneered several breakthrough innovations. Early in his work, he developed the world’s first live-virus vaccines for fish populations, transforming aquaculture disease prevention. He later became an Alzheimer’s disease research pioneer, licensing more than 30 patents to Elan Corporation plc to support the company’s Alzheimer’s therapeutic initiatives.
Dr. McMichael’s leadership spans academia, biotechnology, and therapeutic development. From 1975 to 1986, he served at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, progressing from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor and ultimately Professor of Biology and Health Sciences. He later held executive roles in the biotechnology industry, including Vice President of Molecular Rx, Inc., a company focused on therapies for inflammatory response management, and General Manager of ImmunoTherapeutics, where he licensed a veterinary anti-inflammatory technology that remains commercially available today.
In 1993, Dr. McMichael founded Milkhaus Laboratory, Inc., focusing on the discovery of botanical agents for nutraceutical use. He later founded Beech Tree Labs, Inc. in 2004, a discovery-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to early-stage therapeutic development.
Today, through his work with the Institute for Therapeutic Discovery and his role as Chief Scientist for CODE Health, Dr. McMichael continues to advance innovative approaches that explore the intersection of biology, physics, and information-based medicine, helping to pioneer new therapeutic strategies designed to support the body’s natural regulatory systems.
