CODE Health

CODE Health is the first company to infuse subtle energy patterns (using frequencies), derived from specific molecular formulas into normal saline solution. These molecular formulas are backed by 40 years of research. The information in each formula is digitized into a code and programmed into saline solution, which acts as a carrier, delivering the healthy “code” to your unhealthy cells. CODE products are safe for people and animals of all ages and the dose is the same (one drop) for everyone, regardless of size or weight. CODE is convenient, and is safe at all temperatures, except boiling. CODE is an alternative to prescriptions and over the counter medications. There are currently 10 products in The Full Collection, which we call: The Modern Medicine Cabinet. In the next 12-18 months, we will be introducing several more formulas that are in our portfolio.

Dr. Lisa Piper, Ph.D., DNM

Owner/Managing Partner

Dr. Lisa Piper, Ph.D., DNM is a visionary in the field of holistic health and wellness. Dr. Lisa’s educational journey includes a B.S. in Business Management, an M.S. in Health Psychology, and she is a Board-Certified Doctor of Natural Medicine and Humanitarian Services. Complementing her formal education, she holds certificates in Life Coaching and Quantum Health Coaching, and is a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success.

As the co-founder of CODE Health, an innovative therapeutic product company, Dr. Lisa provides education to both professional practitioners and clients. Driven by her passion for understanding consciousness and the energy that drives healing, she’s an intuitive energy healer on a mission to transform healthcare with safe, complementary alternatives.

Wendy Cohn-Osborne

Owner/Managing Partner

Wendy Cohn-Osborne is an accomplished owner/managing partner with 30 years of experience in the legal, marketing, and healthcare industries. A graduate of The Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, Wendy’s journey into the medical field began with her practice in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability Law. She co-founded a pioneering Medical Funding Company in 2006 and, in 2019, became a Managing Partner at PurMed Global, dealing exclusively with Medical Providers to offer alternatives to prescription medications. 

As co-founder of CODE Health, Wendy is bringing a revolutionary line of Bioenergetic Therapeutics to the world. CODE offers energy infused drops that are safe for people of all ages and animals, providing a natural and effective alternative to over the counter and prescription medication. Wendy’s layman’s perspective and straightforward explanations make these innovative products easy to understand for everyone. 

With her experience as an entrepreneur in the health and wellness industry, she also provides valuable opportunities for Affiliates and Wholesale Partners to expand their businesses with CODE’s innovative offerings.

Dr. John McMichael, Ph.D.

Chief Scientist

Dr. McMichael is our Chief Scientist. He is the President, and founder of the Institute for Therapeutic Discovery. In 2004, he also founded Beech Tree Labs, Inc., a discovery and early-stage development biopharmaceutical company. In 1993, he founded Milkhaus Laboratory, Inc. (MLI), and served as President from MLI’s inception through September 2000. From 1991 to 1992 he was Vice President of Molecular Rx, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company focused on products for managing inflammatory responses. Before this, Dr. McMichael was engaged in independent research and served as general manager of ImmunoTherapeutics, a proprietorship focused on developing new therapeutic products. From 1975 through 1986, Dr. McMichael was Assistant Professor, then Associate Professor, and for the last four years, Professor of Biology and Health Sciences at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Dr. McMichael is cited as an inventor on more than 200 domestic and foreign patents. He received his B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Maine and his Ph.D. from Oregon State University in Immunology and Virology, and did his post-doctoral work at the Wistar Institute in Philadelphia, PA.
